# Triton

> Triton is an emerging-economy hedge fund providing institutional, liquid access to the mega-trends of AI, robotics, tokenization, and digital-asset markets. Triton Limited is incorporated in the Abu Dhabi Global Market ("ADGM") and is regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority ("FSRA") under Financial Services Permission number 240017.

Triton is research-led and data-driven. It underwrites frontier technology with venture-style fundamental analysis, then manages the portfolio with quantitative discipline. Its anchor investor is FJ Labs, a tier-1 venture firm. Its board chair is Peter Knez, former Co-CIO of BlackRock and founder of iShares.

- Each investment receives a 20+ page write-up on a formulaic template, then every line item is quantified across 30+ variables (team, business model, value accrual and more). These are living documents, updated quarterly.
- Proprietary data dashboards track the key success metrics per vertical, built on fundamental, quantitative, sentiment and capital-flows analysis. Grouping by vertical allows peer comparison and surfaces undervalued opportunities.
- **Agatha** is Triton's internal AI research tool: a data substrate for equities, digital assets and private companies built atop frontier models. It tracks portfolio constitution and performance and flags material changes in the metrics the write-ups identify as decisive.
